May 5th 2010 was a great day for collecting in Wyoming according to Eddy Cole. He went to an area that he had found on a ranchers land near Beaver Rim. With permission given to take all the rocks he wanted so more grass would grow, he walked in about a mile and came across a drainage that ran into the hills ahead. Walking there he found many agates and some of them may have iris effect if cut right and some have the water level lines that are often surrounded by fortification. Filled his pack and made the trip back to his truck twice before the weather started to get bad. One of the items he came back with was this chunk of agate that forms in the crevices. (4"x2"/2.8 oz./5mm thick)
