Dallasite is an Epidote and quartz breccia which forms in igneous cavities. This is the Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada version of Dallasite and has an amazing contrast of green and white patterns. Unlike thundereggs and geodes, the host rock around Dallasite is extremely tough. This is hard rock gemstone mining, but the beauty is well worth it. Stunning in person and hard to photograph the green color. -WET pic. -1 lb.) nodule no issues seen on this great cutter
