Shaman Stone Moqui Marble

 You are looking at a nice shaman stone moqui marble. This hematite concretion was found in Utah and is supposed to be more than 100 million years old. Shaman stones moqui marbles are found weathered out of the sandstone rock formation called the Navajo Sandstone formation. The inside of the moqui marbles shaman stones concretions are consolidated sandstone. The Indians found them useful as ammunition for their slings and healing ceremonies. (3.8 oz.)
