Spiderweb Jasper`

Eastern Oregon is where you will find this odd looking rhyolite stone that looks like leaves collecting on a spider web. This rough is known for having voids throughout and finding good solid cutting slabs is challenging. This is a real nice half pound chunk with very little pitting. -WET pic.- (7 oz.) end cut no fractures...but pockets to negotiate
