Also know as "Bay Of Fundy" Flame Agate. The Bay Of Fundy has the highest tides in the world. Up to 48 feet and that's just one of the facts that show how awesome this place is. Each day vast amounts of water flow into the upper Minas Channel area. This constant flow of the tide carves rock from the surrounding basalt cliffs, which exposes new agate seams and pockets. And what has happened in this part of the world over 200 million years ago volcanic wise has left a large array of gems for any well honed hound to savor. Here is one of the most famous of 'em all.
